Here we find a vast collection of plants in the heart of Coutances brought together in an ideal site, a valley which follows a small river which in turn flows into a lake of 1900 m²...

Trees take pride of place and include an impressive number of rare specimens, including conifers in unusual forms (weeping for example)  The soothing greenery of the trees  and bushes, are interspersed with striking stripes of red, gold or silver. Remarkable flowers appear throughout the growing season, a feast for the eyes and a real treat for serious botanists and simple plant lovers alike.

Visit Le Jardin Flore et Sens

  • Open 14-15 April, 19-20 May, 2-3 and 16-17 June, 18-19 August, Saturdays from 14.00 to 18.30, Sundays from 10.30 to 18.30.
  • Also open by appointment all year round.
  • Guided visit at 10.30, 14.00 and 16.00.
  • Admission : 5 €, free for children under 15s, 3 € Students, 3 €  for groups (minimum 15 people).
