Jardins secrets du Cotentin

Jardins secrets du Cotentin par Philippe Caron et Jérôme Goutierby Philippe Caron and Jérôme Goutier

Out and about in the multitude of the diverse gardens and open spaces of the Cotentin, it was finding that outstanding - but obscure -   gem in each one which bound Philippe Caron to this task for four seasons.  The photographers’ eye for detail has no equal for finding “the frame” that truly bears witness to, or gives value to, any given composition.  Even in the large parks of the region, he was looking for that particular singularity which would eventually give such an intimate feeling to his work.  Through his eyes, we are taken beyond the splendour of the gardens, revealed in succession as you turn the pages.

Philippe Caron, Professional photographer, lives at Ivry.  His rose garden, Sept Chenes, is part of the CCJ
